Job Summary:
Mulungushi Innovations is seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Solar Technician to join our renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

Installation:
Install solar panels, inverters, and other components of solar energy systems according to industry standards and safety regulations. Ensure proper alignment and placement for optimal energy production.

Maintenance and Repair:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on solar systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing timely repairs as needed.

System Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of installed solar systems using diagnostic tools and software. Identify and address any performance issues to maximize energy efficiency.

Customer Education:
Educate clients about solar energy systems, including operation, maintenance, and benefits. Provide guidance on best practices for maximizing energy savings.

Compliance:
Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, electrical codes, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or equivalent experience in solar technology or electrical systems.
