JOB PURPOSE
This function plays a key role in designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals. This position will lead the architecture design of complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and optimal performance. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, guiding the development process, and ensuring successful technology implementations across the enterprise.

, the following are among the Job Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative, scalable, and secure solutions to meet business objectives.

Create comprehensive solution architecture documents, including system designs, diagrams, and workflows.

Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, policies, and strategic goals.

Engage with business units, product teams, and executives to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Work closely with developers, engineers, and third-party vendors to oversee solution delivery.

Serve as a technical advisor, providing guidance to project teams and mentoring junior architects.

Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms, providing recommendations for integration.

Promote innovation by exploring new architecture frameworks, emerging tech trends, and best practices.

Collaborate with R&D teams to develop proof of concepts and pilots for advanced solutions.

Ensure all solutions adhere to security, regulatory, and data governance policies.

Establish and enforce architectural guidelines, principles, and technology standards.

Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure solutions are delivered within quality parameters.

Participate in project planning to align technical deliverables with timelines and budgets.

Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities related to the architecture, and propose mitigation strategies.

Support troubleshooting efforts, leading root cause analysis and problem resolution for complex issues.
