Job Description:

Egan is seeking a compassionate Special Education Teacher to support and educate students with special needs. The Special Education Teacher will create individualized education plans and provide tailored instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
Provide specialized instruction and support to students
Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to support student development
Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
Valid teaching certification or license in special education
Proven experience working with students with special needs
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in educational tools and MS Office
