POSITION – SPECIALIST ROUTE TO MARKET – DIGITIZATION

Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia is seeking a Specialist in Route to Market to enhance sales force efficiency and effectiveness, optimize system usage and user support, and ensure accurate reporting and master data integrity.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Key Outputs and Accountabilities

Business Process Analysis
•Analyze sales processes to identify automation opportunities and collaborate with Group SMEs to enhance execution, drive volume, and increase revenue.
•Collaborate with sales, distributors, and Group SMEsto drive an aligned automation tools key business indicators (KBIs) with strategic goals.

System rollout
•Develop and execute a comprehensive rollout plan for all users.
•Ensure alignment with stakeholders and adherence to budget.

Tool of Trade
•Ensure all relevant users are equipped with necessary tools in line with P&C guidelines and IT policies.
•Coordinate with procurement as per established procedures.

Reporting
•Design or adapt dashboards, reports, and workflows to support sales operations effectively.

Master Data Management
•Maintain data integrity and ensure timely uploads by collaborate with master data teams, Sales, and IT team.
•Drive sales routing efficiently

System capability Development
•Promote user compliance and system adoption through structured training, coaching and communication.
•Enforce System and ordering tools SOPs implementation and report non-compliance.

User Support:
•Provide ongoing support for system usage.
•Address system queries and manage issues in alignment with Group SME through the IT ticketing system.

Skills, Experience & Education Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–4 years in Route-To-Market or sales within an FMCG environment.
  • Proven success in deploying and optimizing SFA/DMS/E-Commerce tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Azure, Microsoft SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in system support and RTM application

Skills:

  • Advanced skill in SFA, DMS,EDI & E-Commerce platforms administration, data analytics, MS Office, particularly Excel,
  • Ability to interpret SFA, DMS.EDI & E-Commerce report and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of RTM models, with the ability to apply and interpret these models into tools/ systems efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ability to train users and provide ongoing support to ensure tool adoption.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and align for practical solutions.
  • Effective communication skill with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and timelines.
