Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist, Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future staffing needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for identifying and nurturing talent.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Candidate Experience

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

Collaboration and Relationship Building

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, educational institutions).

Data Management and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
