Job Description:
Emerald Edge is looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing store staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient management.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store profitability.

Recruit, train, and manage store staff, providing leadership and support.

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and ensure product availability.

Address and resolve customer issues and feedback.
Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven experience in retail management and sales.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:

Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related role.
