Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store activities, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key to the success of our retail team.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Sales Performance:
Analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Customer Experience:
Ensure that customers receive outstanding service at all times. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, resolving issues to enhance satisfaction.

Inventory Control:
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement effective loss prevention strategies. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Visual Merchandising:
Oversee store layout and visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment. Ensure that products are displayed effectively to maximize sales.

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback for management review. Use data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
