Situation Vacancy: Stores Clerk For January 2025

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Full Grade 12 (Twelve) School Certificate.
Diploma or Certificate in Stores Management or related field.
At least two (2) years’ work experience working as a Stores Clerk or similar role, particularly in a school.
Proficiency in using computerised inventory management systems or related software.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to issue stock as per approved procedure.
Ability to ensure that supplied goods are recorded, maintained and goods issued are accounted for.
Ability to receive stock from suppliers and ensure that goods received vouchers are recorded.
Ability to monitor and manage stock re-ordering levels.
