Strongpak Ltd is one of Zambia’s leading packaging producing companies providing packaging solutions to all cement manufacturing companies in Zambia, Strongpak is based in Kitwe on the Copperbelt province of Zambia. We manufacture PP Woven bags, Block Bottom bags, Laminated Bags, Bulk Bags, and bailer twine using modern and advanced machinery. We are currently looking for result oriented, high performing and enthusiastic professionals to join the Finance Department in the following capacity:

Minimum Requirements:-

STORES COORDINATOR (1 POSITION)

• Degree level or its equivalent
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply/Diploma in Accounting.
• Paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply/Equivalent recognized professional institute.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position in a reputable manufacturing organization Experience in Stock takes and good housekeeping.
• Experience in preparation of Standard Operating procedures and executing.
• Coordinate Regular Inventory Audits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word) and working experience with any ERP software
• Keep updated Inventory records by supervising stock receipts and dispatch.
• Preparation of Re-order level reports, Stock reports and Slow/Nov moving stock reports and any other reports required by management.
