Job Summary: Lenchika Enterprises, a leading player in commodities trading, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to manage inventory, lead a team, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock management.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and basic financial records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and customer service (retail or trading environment preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic understanding of inventory management and sales reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Grade 12 Certificate ( Credits in Maths and English is a must) or equivalent (additional certification in sales or management is a plus).
