Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Manager to lead our long-term planning efforts. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals. Your analytical and leadership skills will be essential in driving the company’s vision forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the company’s strategic direction, goals, and initiatives. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic planning.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery of results. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Prepare regular performance reports for management review.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and foster collaboration on strategic initiatives.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges related to strategic initiatives. Develop mitigation strategies to address these risks and ensure successful implementation.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in strategic planning. Recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies to enhance strategic effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in strategic planning or business development, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software.
