About the Strategy Intern Position

The Challenge

Are you passionate about problem-solving and helping organizations achieve their goals? Often businesses have a clear idea of what they want to achieve, but struggle with developing a plan to get there. We are looking for a strategy intern who can think analytically and come up with new ideas that can solve even the most challenging problems in the nation. Your role would be to deliver value and profits to our stakeholders.

This is an incredible opportunity to make a direct impact on various industries and sectors. As a strategy intern on our team, you would be responsible for researching and analyzing the needs, goals, and potential growth areas of multiple new business ideas. You would learn how to ask the right questions to understand objectives and vision. Additionally, you would provide analytical support to your case team as they brainstorm and build ideas from scratch.

Your Training

This program is designed to provide you with personalized and comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary for success in the internship program and beyond. During the first two weeks, you will attend customized training sessions, followed by placement on a project where you can apply what you have learned. Regardless of your computer literacy, we will provide you with the best courses to enhance your analytical skills. Regular ongoing training is crucial, which is why we invest in comprehensive courses, in-office training, digital learning tools, and on-the-job learning to ensure your growth and development.

What You’ll Do

Every day is different, but here’s a sample of what you can expect to experience and accomplish:

• Work on a global case team with three other consultants, owning a distinct aspect of the business idea
• Take charge of identifying information sources, gathering, and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to case team members and stakeholders
• Create presentations and financial models which will become the basis of the case team’s strategic recommendations

• Ability to work collaboratively and to adapt to different cultures and backgrounds
• Additional languages beyond English are a plus
• Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, or PPT
