MarcTina Consultancy is a consulting firm with a network of over 50 consultants across the globe supporting businesses and organisations in project delivery. We provide services in four thematic areas: research and data analytics, learning and development, strategic planning and service delivery, and IT services. MarcTina Consultancy is seeking highly skilled and independent subject matter experts for a long-term agreement and collaboration with our Research team. Our research team collects, gathers, analyzes, processes, and interprets data, empowering our clients to make evidence-based data-driven decisions.

We are looking for collaboration agreements with subject matter experts to join our network of experts in the following thematic areas:

• Gender Experts
• GBV and SGBV Experts
• Low Cost and Inclusive Education Experts
• Financial Inclusion Experts
• Water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) Experts
• Public Finance and Governance Experts
• Policy Analysts Experts
• Social Protection and Poverty Reduction Experts
• Evaluation Experts

Key Responsibilities

As a Subject Matter Expert consultant at MarcTina Consultancy, your key tasks will be:

• Proofread and provide technical guidance in the development of methodologies and in the process of writing high-quality bids and financial budgets, positively contributing to the win of new projects.
• Lead and execute comprehensive project evaluations in your field of expertise.
• Create high-quality strategy plans for our clients.
• Collaborate with MarcTina Consultancy’s teams, offering experienced advice and insights.
• Stay up to date with trends in your sector, assuring the highest standards of consultancy services.
• As a subject matter expert, you will have priority in receiving RFPs and TORs over consultants that are not part of our pool.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant and progressive expertise in the field you have selected.
• A master’s degree in a comparable field; a PhD is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing successful proposals and obtaining project wins.
• Excellent teamwork and time management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Flexibility in working and adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines

Additional requirements

• Willingness to Sign an MOU long term Agreement with MarcTina Consultancy.
• Proficiency in mixed-methods approaches, proven experience working as a consultant, field experience in Zambia, Kenya and or within Africa
• Strong data analysis and report writing and presentation skills
• Strong training and facilitation skills
