MarcTina Zambia is a professional consulting firm based in Lusaka. We provide services in four theme areas: research and data analytics, learning and development, strategic planning and service delivery, and IT services. MarcTina Consultancy is seeking highly skilled and independent subject matter experts for a long-term agreement and collaboration with our Research team. Our research team collects, gathers, analyzes, processes, and interprets data, empowering our clients to make evidence-based data-driven decisions.
We are looking for collaboration agreements with subject matter experts to join our database pool in the following thematic areas:

Gender, Child Rights, and Protection

Agriculture & Climate Change

Health (progressive experience in HIV, TB/HIV, and malaria).

Education (early childhood education).

Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (with a focus on adolescents)

Key Responsibilities
As a Subject Matter Expert consultant at MarcTina Consultancy, your key tasks will be:

Proofread and provide technical guidance in the development of methodologies and in the process of writing high-quality bids and financial budgets, positively contributing to the win of new projects.

Lead and execute comprehensive project evaluations in your field of expertise.

Create high-quality strategy plans for our clients.

Collaborate with MarcTina Consultancy’s teams, offering experienced advise and insights.
-
Stay up to date with trends in your sector, assuring the highest standards of consultancy services.

As a subject matter expert, you will have priority in receiving RFPs and TORs over consultants that are not part of our pool.
Essential Qualifications

A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant and progressive expertise in the field you have selected.

A master’s degree in a comparable field; a PhD is preferred.

Proven track record in developing successful proposals and obtaining project wins.

Excellent teamwork and time management
-
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication abilities.

Flexibility in working and adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines
Additional requirements
-
Willingness to Sign an MOU long term Agreement with MarcTina Consultancy Zambia.

Proficiency in mixed-methods approaches, proven experience working as a consultant, field experience in Zambia and or within Southern Africa

Strong data analysis and report writing and presentation skills

Strong training and facilitation skills
