We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Supermarket Merchandiser to join our team, specializing in utilizing a motorcycle for efficient transportation and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities :

Utilize a motorcycle for transportation to and from different supermarket locations within the designated area.
Efficiently load and unload merchandise onto the motorcycle, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
Execute timely delivery and replenishment of products according to established schedules.
Conduct inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels at each location.
Collaborate with store managers to identify product needs and optimize shelf space.
Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and maximize sales.
Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items from shelves.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise display areas within the supermarket.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product location.
Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating the motorcycle.

Requirements:

Valid motorcycle driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in merchandising or retail operations preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with local roads and routes preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical fitness and stamina for long hours of motorcycle riding and manual labor.
