PURPOSE
The Admin Supervisor is directly responsible for all Administration related work in the office and store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of all activities in the Office and Stores
-
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Receive and check the delivers in the absence of the store man
-
Assist store man in the weekly stock take and counter sign the inventory.

In a weekly basis bank the Club cash at the Finance
-
In weekly basis send all HR paper work to the HR office
-
In Weekly basis submit suppliers invoice for the finance
-
Weekly basis check expiry product and report to the Club superintendent any issues
-
Prepare and submit time sheets
-
In daily basis cross charge all bills closed to club card
-
Update the club membership in the system
-
Assist the front of house supervisor on event and decoration.

Tape, print menu and posters for club events
-
In charge of all training booking
-
In charge of placing order for both external supplier and pronto.
-
Estimate food consumption and make sure that stock is available.

Inform Kitchen supervisor and Club superintendent of any shortage.

Follow up and update the staff annual leave

Follow up and file all staff sick note

Make sure Club difference licences update
-
In charge if filling old document
-
Ensure staff medical are all time up to date
QUALIFICATIONS

Pilot Certificate

O’ Level or equivalent qualification

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, committees, suppliers, members, and employees.
COMPUTER SKILLS

Working knowledge of various computer software programs including PILOT.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
