Job Description:
Chikondi Capital is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain process. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing procurement, production, logistics, and distribution to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business goals.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Oversee production planning and inventory management.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management.
