Job Description

The logistics staff is responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to logistics, supply chain and daily operations in the company to ensure the efficiency and smoothness of the company’s operations. This position requires close cooperation with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Main Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Responsible for the monitoring and management of inventory to ensure sufficient inventory of materials and products.

Perform regular inventory counts, analyze inventory data, and make suggestions for improvement.

Transportation Coordination:

Organize and coordinate the transportation of goods, including selecting appropriate transportation methods and companies.

Communicate with transportation suppliers to track the progress of cargo transportation and ensure on-time delivery.

Supply Chain Support:

Assist in formulating supply chain strategies, optimizing logistics processes, and reducing operating costs.

Ensure standardization and accuracy during procurement and warehousing.

Data Management:

Maintain relevant logistics and warehousing data, conduct data analysis and reporting.

Use logistics management software to ensure the accuracy and timely update of information.

Problem Solving:

Handle problems in supply chain and logistics, and propose solutions to reduce operational disruptions.

Work with relevant departments to ensure quick and effective response when problems occur.

Process Optimization:

Participate in the evaluation and optimization of logistics processes to improve work efficiency.
Regularly evaluate and update logistics operation processes to adapt to new business needs.
Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that all logistics operations comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
Perform regular safety inspections to ensure the safety of the warehousing and transportation environment.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related fields.
Work Experience: More than 2 years of work experience in related fields, logistics or warehousing management experience is preferred.
Skill Requirements:
Proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word, etc.) and logistics management software.
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to handle pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
