Job Description:

Apex is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Surveyor to measure and map land, properties, and construction sites. The Surveyor will provide accurate data for engineering, construction, and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land and property surveys using advanced surveying equipment.
Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports and maps.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction managers.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to survey data.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Surveyor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and tools.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in land surveying and mapping.
