Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our IT systems and processes. Your analytical skills and understanding of technology will be crucial in enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

System Analysis: Evaluate current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Gather requirements from stakeholders and document business needs.
Solution Design: Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement effective solutions that meet business requirements. Develop detailed specifications and process flow diagrams.
Testing and Validation: Conduct testing of new systems and enhancements to ensure functionality and performance. Validate that solutions meet user needs and expectations.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation of system designs, user manuals, and training materials. Ensure that all documentation is up to date and accessible to users.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices. Recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Management: Assist in managing IT projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a systems analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in systems analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
