Join our client’s prestigious land-based casino located in the vibrant city of Lusaka, Zambia . Our client is committed to delivering an unparalleled gaming experience to their guests and are seeking a talented and experienced Table Manager to join their team.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Table Manager to oversee their table games operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various table games, excellent leadership skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Your key job responsibilities as the Table Manager in Lusaka, Zambia will include:

  • Table Games Management: Oversee the operation of table games including poker, baccarat, roulette, nui nui, blackjack, and more. Ensure all games are conducted according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and provide comprehensive training to dealers on game rules, dealing techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Maintain a high level of understanding and adherence to SOPs and standards. Ensure all staff are trained and compliant with these procedures.
  • Financial Management: Understand and manage the financial aspects of the table games. Monitor game performance, analyze revenue, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Staff Management: Manage and mentor table game staff. Conduct performance appraisals, manage staff schedules and rostering, and ensure high levels of staff motivation and engagement.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service. Implement customer rewards and bonuses programs to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

Requirements for this Table Manager job in Lusaka, Zambia :

  • Extensive knowledge of table games (poker, baccarat, roulette, niu niu, blackjack, etc.)
  • Proven experience in training and developing casino staff.
  • Strong understanding of SOPs and regulatory standards in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing the financial aspects of table games.
  • Exceptional leadership and staff management skills.
  • High level of customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
