1. Input into and execution of in-country HC strategy for relevant business unit(s)
2. Management of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
3. Contract Renewal in line with performance
4. Management of Staff Retention Strategies
5. HC administration, analysis and reporting
6. Governance, Risk and Compliance in Recruitment Processes

Education and Qualifications

1. Relevant post-graduate degree (in Human Resources, one of the psychology disciplines or an equivalent), Masters as an added advantage
2. 3 – 5+ years’ Human Capital experience
