Job Description:
Savanna Synergy is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process and attract top talent to the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and source high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.

Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes effectively.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
