Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is hiring a courteous and dependable Taxi Driver to provide transportation services to clients. The Taxi Driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, managing fare payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive taxi to transport passengers to their destinations in a safe and timely manner.
• Follow local traffic laws and ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Handle fare transactions and provide change or receipts as necessary.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal items.
• Maintain accurate records of fares and vehicle usage.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any passenger concerns.

Requirements:

• Valid taxi driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Ability to operate a taxi safely and efficiently.
• Good navigation and time-management skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Taxi Driver.
