Job Description:

Egan is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support classroom instruction and assist students in their learning process. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers to enhance educational delivery and provide additional support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
• Help with grading assignments and maintaining student records
• Organize and manage classroom resources and materials
• Support students with special needs and assist in implementing individualized education plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Experience working in an educational setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students
• Proficiency in educational tools and MS Office
