Job Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom instruction and provide individualized assistance to students. Your role will be critical in helping create a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lesson plans.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional assistance.
• Help manage classroom activities and maintain an orderly environment.
• Prepare instructional materials and resources for lessons.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting any concerns to the Teacher.
• Collaborate with the Teacher to implement differentiated instruction strategies.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
