Job Description
Objective:
To ensure effective management of archives by establishing and overseeing all archiving functions across projects, and by delivering timely archival services.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize archival records and develop classification systems for both physical and electronic access.

Implement proper procedures for archiving, retrieval, and destruction of records in line with the Archives and Retention Policy.

Conduct orientation sessions and prepare coaching materials promoting best practices in records management and eDMS usage.

Coordinate training for eDMS champions across various projects.

Oversee the overall functionality of the Archiving Department.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Grade 12 certificate with credits or better in English, Mathematics, and at least three other subjects.

Diploma or Degree in Library & Information Studies, Records Management, or a related field.
