Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee and motivate our sales and marketing teams in the renewable energy sector. This role involves driving team performance, developing strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the solar industry or related field, with a proven track record of team management and sales growth.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Job Summary
:
Sales and Marketing Officer. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and expanding the company’s market presence in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.

Educate clients on the benefits of solar power and available products/services.

Conduct site assessments to determine solar feasibility.

Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing campaigns.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor and report sales performance metrics, providing insights for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the solar industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
