Position: Technical Intern (2)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Duration: 3-6 Months
Work Arrangement: Full-time, Onsite
Compensation: K3, 500
Objective:
BlueCode Systems Limited, a leader in ICT, systems, and platform development, is offering internship positions for individuals interested in software development and systems integration. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers in a real-world environment.
Responsibilities:

Form Creation: Develop digital forms for data collection and processing.

Quality Assurance: Assist in QA tasks, including test case creation and execution.

User Credentials: Create, modify, and troubleshoot user access and credentials.
-
Issue Tracking: Monitor and document issues raised in various WhatsApp groups for resolution.

Development of software in different platforms.

Other assigned tasks
Key Outcomes:

Gain practical experience in analyzing user requirements and converting them into working software.

Assist in creating scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions.

Develop technical specifications and contribute to database schemas.

Participate in release management, including packaging fully tested software for deployment.
Core Competencies:

Familiarity with database management

Programming experience in Javascript, Python, or Java is a plus

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in computer science will be an added advantage

Demonstrable interest in software development
