Job Description:
Elite Zambia is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients and staff. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients and staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of IT systems.
• Conduct training sessions for users on technical systems and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant technical support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
