Job Description:
Savanna Synergy is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to users. The Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Document support interactions and solutions for future reference.

Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues.

Stay updated on technology trends and advancements.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
