Telecommunications Manager

Job Description: Savanna Synergy is looking for a Telecommunications Manager to oversee the telecommunications operations and team. The Telecommunications Manager will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of communication systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the telecommunications department and team.
• Develop and implement telecommunications strategies and policies.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of telecommunications systems.
• Monitor system performance and address any issues or improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems and technologies.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in telecommunications management and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good project management and strategic planning abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications management or a similar role.
