Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a persuasive and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our team in Lusaka. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Present product information and answer customer questions.
Record customer information and feedback accurately.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions with customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of telemarketing principles and practices.
Proficiency in telemarketing software and CRM systems.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing.
