THE ROLE AND THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a Teller to accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for our customers including handling deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. This role is also accountable for promoting our various products and services based on customers’ needs, provide customer service and responding to inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints and issues The candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
