KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Industry Experience:

Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within a school environment.
Familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics of educational institutions.

Immigration Application Expertise:

Proficient in handling immigration applications; study, Employment, Temporary Employment and Residence permits.

IT Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in IT skills.
Ability to adapt and utilize HRIS systems effectively.

Performance Management:

Strong understanding of performance management processes.

Immediate Availability:

Must be available to start as soon as possible.
Willingness to commit to the duration of the maternity leave coverage.

Membership in ZIHRM:

Must be a paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
