Job Description: Territory Manager

Industry: Oil & Gas

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Key Performance Areas:

1. Achieve the Business Plan targets for Fuel, Lubricants, and LPG.

2. Ensure site spends remain within the Business Plan budgets.

3. Implement and run sales promotions effectively with maximum impact.

4. Implement systems, controls, and processes at all sites to ensure no avoidable compliance incidents.

5. Maintain wet stock and dry stock losses under the designed thresholds.

6. Establish strong internal controls and review systems, including surprise audit checks.

7. Ensure all Mystery Customer scores meet the planned thresholds.

Key Competencies:

1. Good understanding of retail fundamentals, not necessarily from the same industry.

2. Strong understanding of implementing ERP software to streamline and tighten controls.

3. Proficiency in operational regulatory and compliance requirements of the industry.

4. Capability in managing multi-disciplinary internal teams and developing people in functional and leadership skills.

5. Ability to implement corporate strategy and values, and apply corporate policies effectively.
