Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our retail and commercial operations within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, optimizing sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the performance of service stations, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure high standards of product quality and customer service.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Provide coaching, support, and leadership to staff within the territory.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in the petroleum or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
