Territory Manager
to join our team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated
Territory Manager
to oversee and drive the performance of our retail and commercial operations within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, optimizing sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the performance of service stations, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure high standards of product quality and customer service.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Provide coaching, support, and leadership to staff within the territory.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in the petroleum or FMCG industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
