Trainee Manager – Marketing
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Under the direction of the Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and co-ordinating the implementation of an integrated marketing program, which includes branding identity, strategic message development, advertising and public relations.
Typical responsibilities include:
participating in planning and implementing marketing strategies; meeting with management to provide consultation and to assess products and programs; and, writing and designing proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces, and managing the social media communications.
The ideal candidate should be self motivated
Willing to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
Creative, self-motivated and with the ability to meet deliverables on dead-lines and targets
Basic competency with software packages such as Coral Draw, Adobe design suites, Canvas is a plus.
The job involves country-wide travel.
Newly graduated and students in their final year of study are encouraged to apply.
