Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social Science, Gender Studies, Education, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Provide Basic training or facilitation of training
Effectively lead focus group discussions
Provide sensitization as per project requirement
Attend to physical and online training sessions
