Training and Development Manager
Job Description:
Savanna Synergy is seeking a Training and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage employee training programs. The Training and Development Manager will ensure that employees acquire and develop the skills needed for their roles and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess training needs and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals.

Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Manage training budgets and resources.

Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and opportunities.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of training and development practices and methodologies.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Ability to design engaging and effective training materials.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Skills:
-
Proficiency in training and development software and tools.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Good communication and motivational skills.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
