Egan is looking for a Training Coordinator to organize and manage professional development and training programs. The Training Coordinator will ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and enhance staff skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field

Proven experience in training coordination or management
