Dios Es Grande Investment Limited is implementing the 1-for-1 Lupini Beans Contract Farming Program, a transformative agricultural initiative designed to empower Zambian farmers through export-focused Lupini Beans production while also strengthening food security through maize farming.
We are seeking committed and passionate Training Facilitators to drive farmer capacity-building and ensure the success of this nationwide project. This role is vital in delivering hands-on training that equips farmers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

Facilitating farmer training sessions on Lupini Beans production, maize cultivation, cooperative development, and financial literacy.

Conducting farmer induction and orientation sessions.
-
Delivering training on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), pest/disease management, post-harvest handling, and climate-smart farming.

Applying a variety of training methods: classroom teaching, field demonstrations, group discussions, and one-on-one coaching.

Coordinating training logistics: scheduling, farmer registration, and materials distribution.

Providing ongoing guidance and feedback to farmers and agents.

Preparing training reports, evaluations, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have:

Grade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement).

Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Education, or related field.

TEVETA accreditation as Trainer/Assessor (added advantage).

Minimum 2 years of experience in farmer training, agricultural extension, or teaching.

Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.

Conversant with local languages (essential for effective farmer engagement).

Knowledge of legume and maize production practices.

Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Certificate in Agricultural Extension or Teaching Methodology (added advantage).
