Job Purpose

The Training Manager will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of the employees. Oversee planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to the employees. Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses. Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Must have a minimum of 5-7 years working experience in training and development
  • Training working experience with an Oil, Gas or Petroleum will be plus
  • Proven experience in analysing company needs, lesson planning, development and implementation
  • Extensive knowledge teaching theory for creating effective creating instructional materials
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Instructional experience in a group business setting
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite ( PowerPoint , Publisher , Excel and MS Word)
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
  • Experience developing yearly training plans and materials for all departments throughout the company
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Must of a member of ZIHRM
