A. JOB PURPOSE

To facilitate communication among Member States and stakeholders through the translation of
documents into Arabic and English to fully achieve the goals and objectives of COMESA.

C. MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

i. A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Arabic – English linguistics and or equivalent
professional degree/qualification in Arabic – English translation.

ii. A Postgraduate qualification in translation will be an added advantage.

D. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum eight (8) years working experience in translation at international or regional level.
