Title: Transport Engineer
Closing Date: 1st March, 2024
OVERALL PURPOSE
To undertake the provision of expert-level support on the Transport Network. As an expert, the incumbent will investigate and solve complex technical issues related to the Packet Transport Network and Provider Edge devices.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Telecommunications or equivalent
Professional Registration: Member of EIZ with a valid Practicing Certificate
Minimum Experience : Minimum of 3 years relevant Telecommunications experience on multi-vendor equipment and different transport technologies (such as Dynamic routing, OSPF, BGP Mobile
Key Skills: Technical knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE, IP, DWDM and Fixed Access technologies. and their generic architectures
