Job Title: Transport Officer

Department: Operations

Reports To: Fleet Supervisor

Location: Lusaka

Type: Fulltime.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transport Officer in Lusaka, Zambia. The Transport Officer will be operating fleet management, transportation, and office errands on a daily basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the RDG fleet in a safe responsible manner.
• Run day to day office errands as instructed by supervisor/manager
• Manage all road tax, fitness, and other requirements for RDG fleet.
• Navigate to all RDG geographies to deliver stock and other materials as required.
• Resolve and escalate all mechanical issues arising from the movements of vehicles.
• Logging in and safeguarding products hand over of returns and swaps (when applicable).
• Cleanliness of interior and exterior of company vehicles.

Qualifications

1.       High school level.

2.      Certificate in Automatics

Experience

1.        2 YEARS

Skills

1.       Manual driver and sober character.
