Job Description:
North Star is seeking a strategic and experienced Treasury Manager to oversee our treasury operations in Lusaka. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s liquidity, investments, and financial risk management activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the company’s liquidity and cash flow.

Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.

Monitor and manage financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks.

Oversee short-term and long-term investment strategies.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management.

Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure funding.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Treasury Manager or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of treasury management principles and practices.

Proficiency in treasury management software and MS Office.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CTP) preferred.

Experience:
