OneZambia is seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management. The Treasury Manager will ensure effective utilization of funds and optimize financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities
• Develop and implement strategies for liquidity management and financial risk mitigation
• Monitor and forecast cash positions, ensuring adequate funding for operations
• Oversee short-term and long-term financing arrangements
• Analyze financial market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
• Proven experience as a Treasury Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, cash management, and risk management
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and MS Office
