JOB OPPORTUNITY
Treasury Sales Dealer
Department: Treasury
Purpose: Enhance the bank’s interbank market visibility and profitability in Sales & Trading
Reporting Relationship: Functionally reports to the Head, Treasury Sales

Key Duties & Responsibilities;
Support the development of sales and trading strategies. Execute trading in interbank foreign exchange and money markets.Sell existing and new FX products to internal and external clients.
Engage in proprietary trading for the bank’s account.
Ensure all trading stays within profitability limits.
Monitor global currency markets for rate movements.
Manage and expand relationships with current and potential clients.
Conduct market intelligence and perform market analysis.
Evaluate SBU (Strategic Business Unit) performance. •Disseminate local and international market news.
Promptly generate reports as requested by internal stakeholders.
Deliver timely and efficient service to clients.
Cross-sell treasury products to existing customers and prospect for new business.
.Generate mandates and selling-down lines via funds management.
Drive increased utilization of treasury products and overall business volume.

Revenue growth
Forex trading business volume
Accuracy of deal execution and system capture
Customer satisfaction
Compliance with regulatory regulations

Minimum Education Qualifications
Minimum of a first degree in a business related field from a recognized University with at least a Credit or better. Master’s degree in Finance or other business-related discipline and professional qualifications are an advantage.
Grade Twelve Certificate with at least Five (05) Credits of better, including Mathematics and English.ACI dealing certificate
ZAQA verified certificates
Previous Work Experience Requirements
Minimum of three(3) years related relevant work
