Truck Driver

Job Description: Emerald Edge is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to operate company trucks for the transportation of goods. The Truck Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of cargo, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining the truck in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and drive company trucks to transport goods to various destinations.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of cargo in accordance with scheduled routes.
Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the truck.
Adhere to traffic laws and company safety regulations.
Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues to management.

Requirements:

Valid truck driving license and clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
Ability to operate and maintain large vehicles.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Proficiency in truck operation and vehicle maintenance.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and customer service abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver or in a similar role.
